The City of Hilshire Village is divided into six Zones:

Zone "C-1" located off Westview is zoned for business

Zone "C-2" located off Wirt is zoned for business but has a Specific Use Permit for a Park

Zone “R-1” located mainly in the inner portion of the City and is zoned as a residential area, but includes churches and schools by way of a Specific Use Permit.

Zone “R-2” located in the perimeter area of the City off Westview and Wirt.  This is zoned as  residential but includes churches and schools by way of a Specific Use Permit.

Zone “R-3” located on Pine Creek Lane and is zoned as a residential area.

Zone “R-4” located on Bridle Spur Lane and is zoned as a residential area.
