Lift Station Update

Metro City Construction is performing this portion of the project.  The force main that moves our Cityıs sanitary sewer contents from the lift station to the City of Houstonıs system has been completed.  The wet well has been installed at the lift station site on Ridgeley between Glourie and Hilshire Oaks and the new manhole has been installed.

New pumps for the lift station are scheduled to arrive between March 10 and 17 at which time we are estimating 2-3 weeks to complete the installation.  The approximate completion date of the lift station is by April 15.  Some road closures are anticipated during this segment – more information will be conveyed when the pumps arrive.
