TUESDAY, February 15, 2011 SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING 5:30 P.M. 1. CALL TO ORDER:     1.1 Roll Call: Mayor Robin Border called the City of Hilshire Village Special Council Meeting to order at 5:30 P.M. at 8301 Westview, Houston, Texas 77055.       1.2 Present: were Mayor Robin Border, Mayor Pro Tem Connie Castro and Council Members Shannon Whiting, Stephanie Post, Edward Davis and Bill Bristow. Also present were David Olson, City Attorney, Olson & Olson and Ray Viada, TML’s Attorney. Regular Council Meeting was recessed at 5:31 P.M.     2. CLOSED EXECUTIVE SESSION:  Council went into Executive Session to discuss the lawsuit filed by Grady Farris against Ted Lazarides in his official capacity.   Adjourn the Executive Session at 6:20 P.M. Convene the Regular Council Meeting at 6:20 P.M.   No action was taken regarding the Executive Session. 3.
