Notice of Public Hearings

City of Hillshire Village, Texas

Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held before the Hilshire Village City Council on Tuesday August 19,2008 at 6:30 p.m. in City Hall at 8301 Westview, Houston, Texas 77055, for the purpose of receiving testimony for or against the following proposed amendments to the Cityπs Zoning Ordinance:

1. Amending Chapter 12, Section 02:G-03, further defining ≥Detached Garage≤ to provide a three (3) foot distance requirement from the main building, and to provide standards for a covered walkway between structures; and Section 11:07.02, to provide a three (3) foot distance requirement between a residential accessory building and the main building, and to provide standards for a covered walkway between structures.

All interested persons will be given the opportunity to be heard.
