4. CONSENT AGENDA

The consent agenda is a meeting method many government councils use to help make meetings more efficient and meaningful to the members of the audience. All matters within the consent agenda have been distributed to each member of the City Council for reading and study are considered routine and will be enacted by one motion of the Council with no separate discussion.
